The first IAM Professional Standards — published
The Institute has published the First Editions of its Professional Standards for Administrative Management, the Code of Ethics, the Membership and CPD Regulations, the Appeals and Complaints Policy, and the Public Interest Statement, approved by the Board of Directors. The framework takes effect on 1 January 2027.
